FAQs

Do I need to purchase gels or stickers separately?

Every nail set comes with a free initial tool kit which includes a filer, an alcohol pad, a wood stick, and basic gel stickers for first use. However, if you'd like the press-on nails to stay on longer than 5 days, we recommend using our advanced gel alternatives – enhanced gel sticker or hardening gel.

How many times can I reuse the press-onnails?

You can continue to reuse the nails as long as you’d like unless there are damages caused by outside force, or permanent glue. Please note that if you decide to use permanent glue to wear our products, you won’t be able to reuse the nails because the chemicals used to take off the nails will damage the press-on nails permanently.

What if 1 or 2 of my finders don't fit the size chart?

Please choose that size that fits most of your fingers. And if your nails happen to be in between sizes, please choose the smaller size.
